Afternoon session at Hove for me. Rigged 5.5m on Rww83 and that was alright
for a bit with some good waist high waves around, cross shore wind. Sail
was soon horribly stacked, which combined with big fat board and sh*t
Mistral fin. Rigged down to a 5m and this was much better but still couldnt
wait to drop down to the smaller RRD wave board. Good few hours with half
decent clean swell coming in. Somewaves quite steep and good for a juicy
whack or two dtl. Quite a bit of power (compared to usual) as one wave
broke just as I was sailing (planing) up it on the way out. I thought I
would jump it, but ended up going backwards over the falls still standing
with a fully powered sail. Quite bizarre.
Fecking cold getting changed afterwards
